What you want to demonstrate to the Hiring Manager to get yourself hired


1. Courage / Persuasion: This is your power to increase your determination to get the job done when faced with resistance or a problematic situation. Show the skill to move people towards a commitment to buy or act. Demonstrate that you are fair and pleasant and show that you are aggressive and may sometimes pressurize others. Don't be passable. Demonstrate confidence and that you are not merely intimidated. Demonstrate the will to influence the thinking of others. Indicate that you can gain agreement from others via logic, alternatives, and emotional appeals.

 Ethics /Beliefs: This is your capacity to believe fully in what you do and emphasize service. Show LOYALTY so that the Hiring Manager knows that you won't quit after three months or leave your clients hanging and without information. This quality is key to developing customer satisfaction and accounts. Indicate that you will act in terms of what is right. Demonstrate that you follow through and do what you say you will do.


3. Commitment: This is your ability to become dedicated to your work. It would be best if you showed a strong belief in what you do. Demonstrate that you are willing to sacrifice for people when appropriate because you are a COMMITTED person. Show a substantial responsibility and commitment to not only the Hiring Manager and the company, but even more importantly, to customers and clients.


4. Work Stamina: This is your capacity to handle the mental intensity and hard work. Show the high tempo and speed at which you work and your capacity for endurance. Indicate that you invest the TIME and ENERGY necessary to get the job done right the first time consistently.


5. Interpersonal Charm Skills: This is your ability to know when and how to get things done with people. Demonstrate that you are outgoing and charming, and instrumental in this regard when you have an objective or need someone to do something. Show that you have an intrinsic need to win others' approval, fit in, and get along. Show that you can build quick relationships with people.


6. Discipline: Show that you have inner standards that make you both productive and predictable. Highlight that you enjoy the responsibility of planning and carrying out your schedule. Demonstrate that you can motivate yourself to work on a task until completion.


7. Competitiveness: This is your steer to be better than others. Show that you have the desire to win, and you like to compete also show the maturity of knowing how this benefits everyone.


8. Focus: This is your ability to determine essential, set priorities for tasks, and maintain direction. Show them that you understand how to set short and long-term objectives and intelligently schedule these objectives to hit your goals and complete tasks on time.


9. Big Picture Thinking: This is your capacity to see the big picture and not get bogged down in the minutia of small tasks. Demonstrate an inclination toward project closure. Show your potential to see "the real goal" and what it takes to get there.
